Early each night, while store power is on, it adds 2 kJ to every adjacent energy cell and to the battery of every adjacent machine. It does not charge into a Recharger.
The Commercial Grade Power Supply Unit network upgrade doubles it to 4 kJ. Several PowerBlocs stack.
