It runs after the animals have eaten and grown; Butcher now runs it at once. It keeps 2 females and 1 male by default, the youngest breeders.
Animals marked with the Marking Pen or given a name are never taken. Cuts that do not fit in the tray are lost.
Modes are Off, Carcasses only, Weight and Age.
