Georgio calls himself the greatest scavenger in the Lower Levels. His visits follow the day counter in every run outside Endless Mode.

Sells 4 "Ancient Alien Relics", which are Scrap Metal, as one lot at 15% off.
Sells 4 "100% Pure Dehydrated Water", which are Bottles of Water (Large), at 75% off.
Sells his old Kid's Backpack (Large) at 40% off.
Offers his help at the Dumping Ground: 50 Credits for that night and the next two. Not with the Maimed perk. Declined, the offer does not come back.
Sells 2 packs of "100% genuine" Hemingway Cigarettes at 25% off. Both are counterfeit; exposing one lowers his price.
Back from the Upper Levels with stolen toiletries, 25% off the lot. He is a hidden wanted customer: a report pays 100 Credits.
Starts selling luck and gives you one Liquid Luck for free.
Sells his last batch: 3 Liquid Luck at 20% off.
Sells a locked, stolen Security Department Evidence Locker at full price. Hidden wanted customer again: a report pays 100 Credits.
On day 22 or 37: 100 Credits, Security +5 and Lower Levels -6.
Left at the Dumping Ground from day 3: once, he brings every piece back the next morning.
Day 43 and the loan (spoilers)
Building a space ship, he asks for a loan: a quarter or half of your cash.
You pay a quarter or half of your cash. He gives a Scavenger's Token and an I.O.U. and leaves for the stars.
He leaves to scavenge the parts himself. He does not come back with money.
He returns and pays back 4 times the loan. He cannot be dismissed.
On a rent or mortgage day you cannot pay, from 6 days after the loan. Not once the store is paid off.
On the first day that is not a rent day from day 69.
Nobody gets hurt when Georgio is around!
