Lease Agreement
The lease between the Shopkeeper and the Landlord.
Section 1: Parties
The Landlord: ("Landlord"), The Shopkeeper: ("Tenant").
Section 2: Premises
The Landlord leases to the Tenant for the operation of a commercial business, subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
Section 3: Rental terms
Rent Amount: Undetermined Payment Schedule: Every Seven Days
Section 4: Failure to pay rent
If Rent is not paid by the due date, the Tenant shall be granted a one-time grace period during the term of this Agreement. Any missed Rent will be added to the following week’s Rent. Failure to pay the full adjusted amount by the following due date will constitute a breach of this Agreement. Eviction Clause: If the Tenant fails to pay Rent or the adjusted Rent as outlined, the Landlord reserves the right to terminate this agreement, and initiate eviction procedures as per Station Ordinances.
Section 5: Rent adjustment
Rent Increase: The Landlord retains the right to adjust the Rent by up to 5% of the current Rent amount for the subsequent week.
