Deed of Ownership
This document certifies the holder as the lawful owner of the commercial property located at: Lower Level, Sector 14 This deed hereby grants full ownership rights of the aforementioned property to the holder, effective immediately upon settlement of the debt as outlined in the Deeds of Agreement and upon full payment of the agreed purchase price. The ownership of the property includes the following rights: Right to Operation and Management - Full control over, and assumed responsibility for, daily operations and activities. Right to Renovation or Alteration - Subject to applicable sector zoning laws and regulations. Right to Sell or Transfer - Subject to approval by the station’s governing authority and in accordance with all applicable rules and regulations.
