The Umbra, a tamable, flying, carnivore creature in ARK: Survival Ascended, is well-known across multiple maps. It falls within the DMG classification. Starting at 800 Health, it's impressively tough. Dealing 100% base Melee Damage, the Umbra brings solid damage output to the table. Its base Stamina of 650 gives it massive stamina reserves. A base Weight of 350 means good carrying capacity. This is a passive tame: no tranquilizers needed. Get close without startling it, then offer food from your last hotbar slot. Its preferred food is Raw Mutton. As a tame, the Umbra works well as a reconnaissance mount, offering fast travel and a bird's-eye view of the terrain. It reproduces by laying eggs, which must be incubated between 80°C and 90°C. Killing a wild Umbra yields 20 base XP. It can be cloned at a Cloning Chamber for 0.82 Element plus 0.01 Element per level.
