You'll need to knock the R-Megatherium unconscious before taming it. Tranquilizers are the standard approach. For best results, use Superior Kibble - it gives the highest taming efficiency.
Once tamed, the R-Megatherium excels at logistics - load it up and move materials where they're needed. Breeding is via live birth rather than eggs, simplifying the process.
