Mod description
a cute, witchy, cottagecore-adjacent townhouse with an apothecary shop at the basement entrance!
1 bed / 1 bath, with access to the living area either from the private stairs in the apothecary basement or the front door in the town center! custom wallpaper done by taking a brocade pattern image (here: https://saffroncottage.shop/pages/colorflex?collection=traditions&pattern=lotus-brocade) & placing custom posters
**** MUST have toggleedittown on to place properly!! the staircase & roof are both outside the lot bounds. if you don't want to, i've uploaded a version without the roofing and stairs here (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3793511428).
