1 bed 1 bath under ₱30,000 has computer + laundry second floor
Finally, not another townhouse! An amazing option for the cheap lot next to the pharmacy, a lot full of potential and is in an amazing location. Good for a single para just starting off, but has enough decoration to feel lived in.
Make sure to use {toggleedittown} to be able to paint the front with concrete!
