Mod description
This is the lot from the video game 'The Last of Us' with Joel's house in Austin, Texas, where he lived in with his daughter, Sarah, before the outbreak of the Cordiceps virus. It includes two stories, a frontyard and a backyard with everything being as accurate and close to the original in the game as possible (floorplan, interior design, colors, in-game pictures etc).
To import the framed pictures from around the house, use the mod "Framed Pictures (Joel's House)" linked under Required Items.
Note I couldn't figure out why terrain like grass/flowers or paving doesn't get saved in the lot savefile, so this won't be included.
