Duplex Townhouse
by ritosito
2 bed 2.5 bath under ₱30,000 has computer + laundry
Finally, an affordable duplex in Paralives! Perfect for a family of three or even just two roomates, and lightly furnished. Due to the low amount of money you start out with, there is little decoration (but at least there's two houses total). Under 30,000 and has lots of room for expansion, including a whole empty house beside yours.
As a warning this lot costs a little more than 'starter' allowance to place this, so you might need to set your money to 30,000 after buying the lot and bulldozing it. Sorry for any inconvenience, I didn't realize this abandoned lot was so expensive lol.
