**Requires Workshop Mods
7 bed, 4 bath full layout with fixtures, ready to furnish and play ₱68,522 before lot cost Based on a real floorplan with minor liberties based on lot terrain, link: https://www.floorplans.com/plan/4676-square-feet-7-bedroom-4-bathroom-2-garage-57918 Will require some (fairly minor) terrain editing, Terrain Precision mod highly recommended [stick with flatten and smooth at the smallest size for elevation and slightly larger for short grass terrain paint to cover 3D paints]
*Update July 4, 2026: Please be sure to download Gleamisims More Roofs before placing this lot as it was missed in the original requirements list.
