More about the VR Ferox
Use the generator below to create admin commands for spawning the VR Ferox in ARK: Survival Ascended. Multiple variants are available - use the selector to pick the version you want.
Choose between Summon for quick spawns, SpawnDino for precise placement, or GMSummon for instant tamed creatures. For a ready-to-ride VR Ferox, GMSummon is the way to go. Open the admin console with Tab (PC) or through the pause menu on console. Admin privileges are required.
ARK: Survival Ascended features the VR Ferox as a tamable, carnivore creature that survivors will encounter in the wild. Classified under the Variant group.
Health-wise, the VR Ferox sits at 1,100 base, making it solidly tanky. Its base Melee Damage sits at 100%, giving it respectable melee power. With 1000 base Stamina, the VR Ferox has massive stamina reserves. A base Weight of 350 means good carrying capacity.
To tame the VR Ferox, you need to knock it unconscious using torpor weapons, then feed it while it's down. Simple Kibble is the most effective food for taming, offering the highest affinity per feeding.
As a tame, the VR Ferox fills a general-purpose role, adaptable to whatever your tribe currently needs. Defeating one in the wild grants 3 base XP. It can be cloned at a Cloning Chamber for 0.23 Element plus 0.01 Element per level.
