More about the Snow Owl

The Snow Owl, a tamable, flying, carnivore creature in ARK: Survival Ascended, is well-known across multiple maps. Classified under the Healer group.
Starting at 325 Health, it's decently sturdy. Dealing 100% base Melee Damage, the Snow Owl brings respectable melee power to the table. Stamina sits at 350 base, providing respectable staying power. It carries 375 base Weight - generous inventory space.
You'll need to knock the Snow Owl unconscious before taming it. Tranquilizers are the standard approach. Superior Kibble is the most effective food for taming, offering the highest affinity per feeding.
As a tame, the Snow Owl is commonly used for scouting and quick travel between locations. It reproduces by laying eggs, which must be incubated between 12°C and 13.5°C. It can be cloned at a Cloning Chamber for 0.45 Element plus 0.01 Element per level.
