How this tame works

  1. There is no cooldown between feeds, so this goes as fast as you can answer what it asks for. The only clock is your own.
  2. There is no wrong food to give it. Anything it is not currently asking for simply does not count as taming food, so you lose nothing by guessing. What you cannot control is which it asks for, which is why the count varies.

More about taming the Moschops

ARK: Survival Ascended features the Moschops as a tamable, omnivore creature that survivors will encounter in the wild. It falls within the Farmer classification.

Its base Stamina of 300 gives it average stamina. Its base Melee Damage sits at 100%, giving it respectable melee power. The Moschops has 375 base Health - decently sturdy. It carries 200 base Weight - average weight tolerance.

As a tame, the Moschops is valued for its harvesting efficiency, collecting key resources faster than most tools. Breeding produces fertilized eggs that hatch within a 16°C–20°C temperature window. Killing a wild Moschops yields 6 base XP. It can be cloned at a Cloning Chamber for 0.5 Element plus 0.01 Element per level.
