The Aberrant Electrophorus is a water-dwelling carnivore variant found in the Aberration biome. It passively tames and provides a unique utility through its electrical attacks, which can incapacitate nearby threats. This creature is primarily used for defense in aquatic environments or as a mobile source of electricity generation. It can be airlifted by Quetzal or Karkinos for fast deployment.
Its compact size and passive taming make it easy to integrate into underwater bases or mobile platforms.

Taming is done passively by feeding it directly. The best food is Bio Toxin, which provides the fastest taming. Raw Mutton also works well due to its high affinity. About 13 units of Bio Toxin are needed. The taming process takes around 2 minutes with no Narcotics required. Use the calculator below for your settings.

The Aberrant Electrophorus has a strong vulnerability to Instant HurtDinos, taking +120% more damage. It is highly resistant to Mining Drill Harvest, taking -100% damage. Melee attacks from metal weapons or raiding dinos exploit a +55% weakness. Use ranged or non-metal weapons when defending against it.
