A segment of spent fuel rods pulled from the plant's dry storage casks; the fission products in the zircaloy cladding are still decaying. Carrying it keeps adding to your radiation dose (radiation suits, cloaks and masks block part of it, roofs do not). It can be made into a radiation bomb, and traders pay well for it.
