Found throughout the ARKs, the Mantis Ghost is a carnivore creature in ARK: Survival Ascended. Classified under the Variant group.

Its base Stamina of 150 gives it decent staying power. With 100% base Melee Damage, the Mantis Ghost has decent hitting power. Starting at 275 Health, it's on the squishy side. A base Weight of 220 means a reasonable inventory size.

The Mantis Ghost cannot be tamed and must be dealt with through combat or avoidance. It reproduces by laying eggs, which must be incubated between 35°C and 38°C. Defeating one in the wild grants 2 base XP. It can be cloned at a Cloning Chamber for 0.79 Element plus 0.01 Element per level.
