The spawn command tool lets you create console commands for spawning a Homarus with your desired settings. Multiple variants are available - use the selector to pick the version you want.
Command options include Summon (random level, at crosshair), SpawnDino (precise coords and level), and GMSummon (force-tamed at specified level). GMSummon is the most convenient for getting a tamed Homarus immediately. Open the admin console with Tab (PC) or through the pause menu on console. Admin privileges are required.
The Homarus, a tamable, carnivore creature in ARK: Survival Ascended, is a common sight across multiple maps.
At 1,200 base HP, the Homarus is among the tougher creatures. Dealing 100% base Melee Damage, the Homarus brings respectable melee power to the table. Its base Stamina of 600 gives it exceptional endurance. A base Weight of 800 means massive inventory space.
You'll need to knock the Homarus unconscious before taming it. Tranquilizers are the standard approach. Feed it Exceptional Kibble for the fastest tame and highest effectiveness bonus.
Once tamed, the Homarus is best used as a pack animal, hauling large amounts of resources between locations. It reproduces by laying eggs, which must be incubated between -75°C and 75°C. Defeating one in the wild grants 6 base XP. It can be cloned at a Cloning Chamber for 0.5 Element plus 0.01 Element per level.
