Codex

The rules of ROB RUN as the in-game Codex states them.

Civilian

The Civilian status provides protection against the loss of your possessions upon death and ensures free healing. As a Civilian, you can safely explore the city, invest in businesses, and choose roles.

Police

Police Officers are issued state equipment according to their badge rank. Upon death, a Police Officer will receive medical assistance, but they will have to get a new badge to receive new equipment. At the end of each shift, a Police Officer is rewarded with confiscated goods for successful arrests and neutralizing Criminals.

Criminal

The mask is your key to the criminal underworld. From silent heists to aggressive raids, the main goal is to collect as many valuables as possible. To secure your haul, you must leave the city, avoiding the Police.

Outlaw

Settlements and similar areas are not controlled by the Police. Actions are not restricted here, but the risk is high: upon death, your equipment and bag contents will be lost.

Safe Zone

Shooting and dealing damage are prohibited in the safe zone. Upon death, your belongings will be saved.

Surrender Order

After ordering a Criminal to surrender, a Police Officer receives a temporary bonus to the arrest reward. Lawful actions are rewarded.

Active Siren

An active siren on a service vehicle grants a temporary reward bonus for lawful actions and increases your presence on the streets. The siren signals other officers, allowing you to call for backup.

Voluntary Surrender

In a desperate situation, you can voluntarily surrender to the Police. Upon voluntary surrender, you only lose the contents of your bag, but your equipment stays yours to keep.

Arrested

The Police can arrest Criminals who raised their hands. A cop will receive an increased reward for the arrest. The arrested person will keep their equipment, but the contents of their bag will be confiscated. Other Criminals can attempt to free the arrested person.

Traffic Violations

Committing traffic violations like running over people or vandalism increases the violation level. Upon reaching violation level 20, the offender is sent to temporary detention at the city detention center.

Detained

Police Officers and Civilians can be temporarily detained at the Police Station for traffic violations. You cannot use personal items or change your role while behind bars.

Item Sale Bonus

A high Notoriety level significantly increases the value of items when you sell them to the Fence.

Cargo Sale Bonus

A high Notoriety level significantly increases the value of cargo when you sell it to the Smuggler.

Wanted

Killing Civilians increases your Wanted level. Reaching level 3 marks the offender as Most Wanted, revealing their current location to everyone in the city.

Most Wanted

A bounty has been placed on the character, and they are visible to everyone on the map.

Invulnerability

While Invulnerability is active, you don't take damage.

Knockout

Critical damage results in a Knockout. Rescue time is limited, and without timely help, death is inevitable.

Home Territory

Home territory is a place where you can prepare for your next outing, store loot, and find additional ways to earn money. It can also be upgraded. Your home additionally provides access to the trade network for restocking supplies and changing your appearance.

Probability of Additional Loot Drop

A high Notoriety level significantly increases the chance of finding additional loot.

Roulette

Place your chips on numbers or sectors. The more accurate your prediction, the higher your winnings. Exchange your winning chips for cash.

Enemy Territory

Enemy territory offers the chance to obtain valuable loot at the risk of your resources and safety. Use decoders to hack enemy property and search for rewards. Leaving enemy territory results in an extended period of vulnerability.

Duo Mode

It's easier to survive as a pair, but there's still a risk: jump straight to Notoriety level 2 with increased profit from selling cargo and items.

Solo Mode (Hard)

Higher risk, higher reward: jump straight to Notoriety Level 4 with increased chances for extra rare loot.

Police Backup

The Police Department has requested backup. Confirming will grant a salary bonus for a limited time.

Police Backup

A temporary bonus when joining the Police. The backup bonus guarantees free equipment and increased salary.

Keys

Keys that unlock small safes and locked doors can be found throughout the city. Picking up a key marks the location of its lock on your map. Only Criminals can use keys.

Shipments

Shipments grant access to new weapons, vehicles, and other useful goods. Once unlocked, these items become available for purchase on the Black Market.

Buying a Plot

A Land Plot Title allows you to rent land for your own housing. Your title's level must match the level of the district where you want to live. Once purchased, visit a player-owned settlement and use the title on a vacant plot.

Buying a Settlement

A Settlement Title allows buying a settlement. After purchasing the title, locate an unclaimed settlement on the global map in a matching district level and apply the document. The claimed settlement will then open for occupancy. As the owner, you can reserve a plot for free and collect a tax from residents whenever they launder cash or conduct Black Market deals.

Barter

At Lenny's Motel, you can find a suspicious door where you can trade your items for essential heist gear like drills, keys, and other tools.

Cash Withdrawal

You can withdraw funds from your bank account and convert them into dirty cash at bank employees or ATMs.
