Use the generator below to create admin commands for spawning the Parasaur in ARK: Survival Ascended. Multiple variants are available - use the selector to pick the version you want.
Command options include Summon (random level, at crosshair), SpawnDino (precise coords and level), and GMSummon (force-tamed at specified level). GMSummon is the most convenient for getting a tamed Parasaur immediately. Open the admin console with Tab (PC) or through the pause menu on console. Admin privileges are required.
Found throughout the ARKs, the Parasaur is a tamable, herbivore creature in ARK: Survival Ascended.
With 100% base Melee Damage, the Parasaur has respectable melee power. At 200 base HP, the Parasaur is relatively fragile. Its base Stamina of 450 gives it respectable staying power. It carries 480 base Weight - a solid weight pool.
Taming the Parasaur requires rendering it unconscious first - use Tranq Arrows, Darts, or Shocking Tranq Darts to apply torpor. Feed it Basic Kibble for the fastest tame and highest effectiveness bonus.
Once tamed, the Parasaur can serve multiple roles depending on how you level its stats after taming. It reproduces by laying eggs, which must be incubated between 24°C and 28°C. A wild Parasaur is worth 1 base experience when killed. It can be cloned at a Cloning Chamber for 0.14 Element plus 0.01 Element per level.
