Pebbles are the currency of over the hill, spent at the Mechanic on upgrades. Crates, cabins, scenic points, challenge trails, item recoveries and the first photo of each animal pay once; meteorites keep falling. The first visit to the Mechanic in each area gives 10 Pebbles.
