On Old Earth, some communities relied on wind power for generations. When fuel ran low or supply lines broke, windmills and turbines kept things moving. Hazel is a big fan of this power source, and I am too.
Wind doesn't follow schedules, but it can still be predictable. Build where it flows, maintain your systems, and plan around the conditions. There's a lot to learn from a system like that.
