Use the generator below to create admin commands for spawning the R-Megatherium in ARK: Survival Ascended. Multiple variants are available - use the selector to pick the version you want.
Command options include Summon (random level, at crosshair), SpawnDino (precise coords and level), and GMSummon (force-tamed at specified level). GMSummon is the most convenient for getting a tamed R-Megatherium immediately. Open the admin console with Tab (PC) or through the pause menu on console. Admin privileges are required.
The R-Megatherium, a tamable, omnivore creature in ARK: Survival Ascended, is a common sight across multiple maps. Classified under the Variant group.
Starting at 740 Health, it's impressively tough. With 100% base Melee Damage, the R-Megatherium has decent hitting power. With 400 base Stamina, the R-Megatherium has respectable staying power. Weight capacity starts at 725, giving it massive inventory space.
You'll need to knock the R-Megatherium unconscious before taming it. Tranquilizers are the standard approach. For best results, use Superior Kibble - it gives the highest taming efficiency.
Once tamed, the R-Megatherium is a practical workhorse - it can both gather and haul resources efficiently. Breeding is via live birth rather than eggs, simplifying the process. Defeating one in the wild grants 4 base XP. It can be cloned at a Cloning Chamber for 0.67 Element plus 0.01 Element per level.
