Use the generator below to create admin commands for spawning the Aberrant Ovis in ARK: Survival Ascended. Multiple variants are available - use the selector to pick the version you want.
Command options include Summon (random level, at crosshair), SpawnDino (precise coords and level), and GMSummon (force-tamed at specified level). For a ready-to-ride Aberrant Ovis, GMSummon is the way to go. Open the admin console with Tab (PC) or through the pause menu on console. Admin privileges are required.
The Aberrant Ovis is a tamable, herbivore creature in ARK: Survival Ascended. It belongs to the Variant category.
Stamina sits at 100 base, providing tires quickly. Melee starts at 100% - decent hitting power that scales with level-ups. The Aberrant Ovis has 100 base Health - extremely fragile. Weight capacity starts at 90, giving it not built for hauling.
Taming the Aberrant Ovis doesn't require unconsciousness. Instead, sneak up to it and hand-feed its preferred food. Its preferred food is Sweet Vegetable Cake.
After taming, the Aberrant Ovis earns its keep through resource gathering, making tedious farming runs much faster. It gives live birth after a gestation period, making breeding straightforward. Defeating one in the wild grants 1 base XP. It can be cloned at a Cloning Chamber for 0.79 Element plus 0.01 Element per level.
