Choose between Summon for quick spawns, SpawnDino for precise placement, or GMSummon for instant tamed creatures. For a ready-to-ride Aberrant Doedicurus, GMSummon is the way to go. Open the admin console with Tab (PC) or through the pause menu on console. Admin privileges are required.
ARK: Survival Ascended features the Aberrant Doedicurus as a tamable, herbivore creature that survivors will encounter in the wild. It falls within the Variant classification.
Its base Melee Damage sits at 100%, giving it decent hitting power. Starting at 850 Health, it's solidly tanky. Stamina sits at 300 base, providing average stamina. A base Weight of 250 means a solid weight pool.
To tame the Aberrant Doedicurus, you need to knock it unconscious using torpor weapons, then feed it while it's down. For best results, use Regular Kibble - it gives the highest taming efficiency.
Once tamed, the Aberrant Doedicurus fills a general-purpose role, adaptable to whatever your tribe currently needs. It gives live birth after a gestation period, making breeding straightforward. Killing a wild Aberrant Doedicurus yields 7 base XP. It can be cloned at a Cloning Chamber for 0.83 Element plus 0.01 Element per level.
