ARK: Survival Ascended features the Monodon as a tamable, aquatic, piscivore creature that survivors will encounter in the wild.
With 2,300 base Health, the Monodon is among the tougher creatures.Its base Melee Damage sits at 100%, giving it decent hitting power.Stamina sits at 275 base, providing average stamina.Weight capacity starts at 300, giving it good carrying capacity.
Taming the Monodon doesn't require unconsciousness.Instead, sneak up to it and hand-feed its preferred food.Its preferred food is Superior Kibble.
After taming, the Monodon provides safe and efficient underwater traversal with good utility.It gives live birth after a gestation period, making breeding straightforward.Killing a wild Monodon yields 10 base XP.It can be cloned at a Cloning Chamber for 0.7 Element plus 0.01 Element per level.
