The spawn command tool lets you create console commands for spawning a Mantis Shrimp with your desired settings.Multiple variants are available - use the selector to pick the version you want.
Command options include Summon (random level, at crosshair), SpawnDino (precise coords and level), and GMSummon (force-tamed at specified level).GMSummon is the most convenient for getting a tamed Mantis Shrimp immediately.Open the admin console with Tab (PC) or through the pause menu on console.Admin privileges are required.

The Mantis Shrimp is passively tamed - approach it carefully and feed it by hand without knocking it out.Its preferred food is Raw Supreme Fish Meat.
Once tamed, the Mantis Shrimp is a versatile tame with a balanced stat spread, useful in a variety of roles.It reproduces by laying eggs, which must be incubated between 25°C and 30°C.Defeating one in the wild grants 4 base XP.It can be cloned at a Cloning Chamber for 0.84 Element plus 0.01 Element per level.
