How to get it

  • Boss encounters of level 40 and higher

    Each cleared boss encounter of level 40 and higher has a 2% chance to drop a rune (1.5% on mini-boss stages); 54.07% of those runes are attribute runes on Normal and Nightmare, 53.33% on Inferno, before the loot bonus raises the Grand rune and Set Rune shares. Only runes for the current hero's class drop.

Drop chances are the game's rules for offline characters; the game server decides the loot of online characters.
