How to get it

  • Boss encounters of level 40 and higher

    Each cleared boss encounter of level 40 and higher has a 2% chance to drop a rune (1.5% on mini-boss stages); 2.976% of those runes are Grand runes on Normal and Nightmare and 2.935% on Inferno, before the stage's loot bonus and Item Find, which raise it. Only runes for the current hero's class drop.

Drop chances are the game's rules for offline characters; the game server decides the loot of online characters.
