Blacksmiths salvage equipment into materials: each material of the item's rarity, with its chance.

Salvage yields

The amount is the base plus item level x the per-level value, rounded down, and then varies from 85% to 115%. The same item always salvages the same way. Back items give 1 Iron Ore.
