The X-Ichthyosaurus is a variant of the Ichthyosaurus, a carnivorous aquatic creature from Genesis: Part 1. It features a slight melee damage increase and reduced health compared to the base species. This variant is tamed passively and used primarily in underwater combat or for breeding with other X-variants.
It can be airlifted by Quetzal or Karkinos for fast deployment.

The X-Ichthyosaurus has a +120% vulnerability to Instant HurtDinos, making it take significantly more damage from such sources. It is also highly weak to spike walls, taking +100% more damage. Conversely, it is completely immune to Mining Drill Harvest damage, taking -100% damage from it. Melee attacks with impact effects are 50% less effective against it. Focus on exploiting its weaknesses with explosive or spike-based defenses.
