More about the Maeguana
The spawn command tool lets you create console commands for spawning a Maeguana with your desired settings. Multiple variants are available - use the selector to pick the version you want.
ARK supports several command types: "Summon" spawns a random-level creature at your crosshair, "SpawnDino" lets you set coordinates and level, and "GMSummon" spawns a force-tamed creature. GMSummon is the most convenient for getting a tamed Maeguana immediately. Open the admin console with Tab (PC) or through the pause menu on console. Admin privileges are required.
The Maeguana, a tamable, omnivore creature in ARK: Survival Ascended, is a notable presence across multiple maps. It falls within the Breeding classification.
Health-wise, the Maeguana sits at 700 base, making it solidly tanky. With 100% base Melee Damage, the Maeguana has decent hitting power. With 450 base Stamina, the Maeguana has solid stamina reserves. Weight capacity starts at 400, giving it good carrying capacity.
You'll need to knock the Maeguana unconscious before taming it. Tranquilizers are the standard approach. Basic Kibble is the most effective food for taming, offering the highest affinity per feeding.
After taming, the Maeguana is valued for its harvesting efficiency, collecting key resources faster than most tools. It reproduces by laying eggs, which must be incubated between 24°C and 28°C. It can be cloned at a Cloning Chamber for 0.31 Element plus 0.01 Element per level.
