More about the Dimorphodon
Use the generator below to create admin commands for spawning the Dimorphodon in ARK: Survival Ascended. Multiple variants are available - use the selector to pick the version you want.
Command options include Summon (random level, at crosshair), SpawnDino (precise coords and level), and GMSummon (force-tamed at specified level). GMSummon is the most convenient for getting a tamed Dimorphodon immediately. Open the admin console with Tab (PC) or through the pause menu on console. Admin privileges are required.
The Dimorphodon, a tamable, flying, carnivore creature in ARK: Survival Ascended, is a common sight across multiple maps. Classified under the Shoulder Pet group.
Health-wise, the Dimorphodon sits at 125 base, making it very frail. With 100% base Melee Damage, the Dimorphodon has decent hitting power. Stamina sits at 150 base, providing decent staying power. Weight capacity starts at 50, giving it very limited carrying capacity.
You'll need to knock the Dimorphodon unconscious before taming it. Tranquilizers are the standard approach. For best results, use Raw Mutton - it gives the highest taming efficiency.
Once tamed, the Dimorphodon is commonly used for scouting and quick travel between locations. It reproduces by laying eggs, which must be incubated between 35°C and 38°C. It can be cloned at a Cloning Chamber for 0.28 Element plus 0.01 Element per level.
