ARK supports several command types: "Summon" spawns a random-level creature at your crosshair, "SpawnDino" lets you set coordinates and level, and "GMSummon" spawns a force-tamed creature. GMSummon is the most convenient for getting a tamed Aberrant Lystrosaurus immediately. Open the admin console with Tab (PC) or through the pause menu on console. Admin privileges are required.
Found throughout the ARKs, the Aberrant Lystrosaurus is a tamable, herbivore creature in ARK: Survival Ascended. It falls within the Variant classification.
With 106% base Melee Damage, the Aberrant Lystrosaurus has respectable melee power. Health-wise, the Aberrant Lystrosaurus sits at 86 base, making it very frail. With 100 base Stamina, the Aberrant Lystrosaurus has tires quickly. Weight capacity starts at 90, giving it very limited carrying capacity.
This is a passive tame: no tranquilizers needed. Get close without startling it, then offer food from your last hotbar slot. Its preferred food is Rare Flower.
As a tame, the Aberrant Lystrosaurus earns its keep through resource gathering, making tedious farming runs much faster. It reproduces by laying eggs, which must be incubated between 24°C and 28°C. Killing a wild Aberrant Lystrosaurus yields 0.5 base XP. It can be cloned at a Cloning Chamber for 0.33 Element plus 0 Element per level.
