More about the Aberrant Dodo
Use the generator below to create admin commands for spawning the Aberrant Dodo in ARK: Survival Ascended. Multiple variants are available - use the selector to pick the version you want.
Command options include Summon (random level, at crosshair), SpawnDino (precise coords and level), and GMSummon (force-tamed at specified level). GMSummon is the most convenient for getting a tamed Aberrant Dodo immediately. Open the admin console with Tab (PC) or through the pause menu on console. Admin privileges are required.
Found throughout the ARKs, the Aberrant Dodo is a tamable, herbivore creature in ARK: Survival Ascended. Classified under the Variant group.
Stamina sits at 100 base, providing tires quickly. Dealing 106% base Melee Damage, the Aberrant Dodo brings solid damage output to the table. With 38 base Health, the Aberrant Dodo is extremely fragile. It carries 50 base Weight - not built for hauling.
You'll need to knock the Aberrant Dodo unconscious before taming it. Tranquilizers are the standard approach. Feed it Basic Kibble for the fastest tame and highest effectiveness bonus.
After taming, the Aberrant Dodo earns its keep through resource gathering, making tedious farming runs much faster. It reproduces by laying eggs, which must be incubated between 22°C and 30°C. Defeating one in the wild grants 0.5 base XP. It can be cloned at a Cloning Chamber for 0.01 Element plus 0 Element per level.
