Shell lot for 36 Leblanc Street (smaller footprint)

This was a test shell to see if the lot places. I have bulldozed this lot and the exterior is within the lot perimeter. This shell is unfinished.

In the furnished version I adjusted the window placement to align with the interior layout of the house. Added a very small porch step that is not in the shell version. I also made the bump out over the town square front door a bit smaller to ensure it was centered over the existing door that was on the default house. I also added more detailing to the exterior of the house.
