Modern House Plan 549-20

These temporary accommodations on a building site might become a little more permanent than expected. This black and white themed build is ultra modern in style and has a guide price of P21,233. Based on floorplan from houseplans.com and is 1 bed, 1 bath, and 1 story. Suitable for any para with a pair of high heels being the only marker of feminine or masculine leanings for the tenant.

Ignore the para in the photos, accidently caught my guinea pig-I mean "tester" for all these builds in a few of them.
