Hoarder's House

This used to be the house of a couple of hoarders. In 2017 a fire broke out killing both the owners, Arnold and Edna Sherbsky. Their belongings were their own downfall, since all that stuff prevented them to evaquate the burning building in time. Or at least that's what the autorities believe, since they could not find the body of the wife. The neighbors were not much of help since the couple apparently did not step outsied their own domicile very often. Some people believe the house is hounted by the Arnold's spirit, since he was buried in the backyard as he requested in his last wills. Despite the rumors, this didn't stop kids from vandalizing the interior and some hobos to camp inside the house for some days.

Well, this house could probably be the envy of the entier neighborhood, under all that sooth, grime and trash. It has a ground floor, a first floor, a spacious front yard but a small backyard. Some speculate there is a basement but it's not mentioned by the blueprints. Weird.
