Tiers

Vanguard I
Deal 20% more damage to enemies who are at full health.
Vanguard II
Deal 35% more damage to enemies who are at full health.
Vanguard III
Deal 50% more damage to enemies who are at full health.

Gear that rolls it

Can roll on 15 melee weapons (Sword, Gauntlets, Claymore, Greatsword, Cookiecutter, Riftslasher, Sabre and Greataxe, plus the Unique The Burning Blade, Prime Enchanter's Gauntlets, Slaymore, The Darkshard, Pride of the Plains, Rascal's Razor and Awesomeaxe) and 8 ranged weapons (Crossbow, Powerbow, Heavy Crossbow and Greatbow and their Unique versions).

Fixed effect of Unique items

Golden Glaive
Deal 60% more damage to enemies who are at full health.
Dauntless Greaves
Deal 60% more damage to enemies who are at full health.
