- Comes on when a check finds more zombies than the zombie limit and goes off when a check finds the count at or below it. The checks run when a zombie limit recipe at a PR Machine starts or ends, during the quest Congregation Trouble and when God of delusions ends
- While it is on, every prayer pays less, unless God of delusions has cleared that penalty
