Chain Lightning

How they cast. A scroll is consumed when you read it and casts the spell once. A rune sits in your hotbar and can be cast again as often as your mana allows. Both spend mana with every casting. Anyone can cast from a scroll; a rune only obeys you once you have learned its Circle of Magic.
