Finishing the quest

EngrevenNiarot told me to expect you. So? Did you bring something that proves you're truly done with the Hand of Trust?
YouI found orders to assemble at Kama'ha in the Astron Plains.
Engreven...Hmm. This will do. Seems the stories about you weren't exaggerated after all. You've been hunting down their officers one by one. Revenge, I hear. Yes, I already knew. But rumors weren't enough. Before I offered you anything, I needed to know where your loyalties truly lay.
YouWhat do you have in mind?
EngrevenThe Settlers' Council has grown wary of the Hand of Trust. We intend to strip them of their company status. But suspicion alone won't be enough. We need hard evidence against them, and we don't have it yet. Help me find it, and I'll make sure anything I learn about the Hand of Trust reaches you first.
YouI'll consider it.
EngrevenWhat? I hadn't thought the offer was such a difficult one. Very well. Think it over. Next time we meet, I'll expect your answer.
