Niarot, whom you met in Stargazer Village, mentioned someone waiting in the Central Wetlands. Find out who it is.

Taking the quest

NiarotThere you are. By the way, there's someone waiting for you.
YouWhere is he?
NiarotHe's at the Central Wetlands. I marked the place on the map for you.
YouI'll pay him a visit.

During the quest

EngrevenWe meet again, here of all places.
YouI know this is no coincidence. What do you want?
EngrevenSharp, aren't you? Alright, lend me a hand. You seek the bronze ring's owner, do you not? This might help you too. What do you say? I want the Hand of Trust to get what they deserve.
YouPlease, give me a moment.
EngrevenHaha, still as insolent as always, I see. I'll humor you and wait, but my patience won't last forever.
